This oven is well designed and built. I chose this oven over others because it appeared to be well built and included extras (rotating stone, two fuel options, peel). The directions are well written. The peel included is excellent for retrieving the pie. I recommend a wood peel with a light coat of semolina for loading the pie. Use a $25 infrared thermometer with a range greater than 1000F to ensure stone is at the proper temperature. It is easy to clean, break down, and set up. I purchased the cover. Its fit's well. I keep the oven on a wheeled cart in the garage and plan to take it camping.
