Warranty & Returns
We want you to love your SCORPIO Pizza Oven. If something is not right, we’ll help make it right.
Unused Products
Unused products may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals and packaging materials
- Returned with proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 - 10 business days after inspection.
Damaged, Defective or Incomplete Orders Upon Purchase
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is missing parts, please contact us at support@scorpiopizzaoven.com within 60 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging and a brief description of the issue.
If the item is confirmed damaged, defective or is missing parts, SCORPIO will cover return shipping and will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
Used Ovens
Because SCORPIO ovens are cooking products exposed to fire, fuel, food and high heat, used ovens are not automatically eligible for a return and full refund.
If you are having trouble getting great results, contact us within 60 days of delivery and our support team will help troubleshoot setup, fuel, temperature, dough, launch, rotation, and cooking technique. We want you to make your best pizza, so please give us a chance to help you!
If we determine that your oven is defective, we will repair, replace or authorize a return ASAP. If we determine that your oven is not defective, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, less return shipping costs. A full refund will be dependent on the oven being returned in its original packaging.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The product is missing parts or accessories
- The product is returned damaged
- The original packaging is missing or incomplete
- The product shows signs of significant use or abuse
- The return is received outside the eligible return window
Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may be subject to a partial refund or denial of refund.
Warranty
- Oven Body, Rotation System, Chimney, Prop and Burner and Wood Burner: 3-year LIMITED warranty
- All Other Parts (Excluding Pizza Stone): 1-year LIMITED warranty
- Pizza Stone: Excluded from warranty
Voluntary warranty
- Any replacement parts issued by SCORPIO are covered by the time remaining on the original warranty
- If the Product is altered in any manner, the warranty is void.
- Our customer support team will attempt to troubleshoot any issues you may have as quickly as possible.
- This limited warranty is applicable in the United States and Canada only, is only available to the original owner of the product and is not transferable. If the product was received as a gift, please ask the gift-giver to provide you with the receipt, invoice or any other valid p roof of purchase.
- The warranty is subject to you using the Product in accordance with this Operating Manual.
- Faulty component p arts will be repaired or rep laced within the applicable warranty period.

We may request that you send us the existing product so that we can diagnose the issue.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear including cosmetic and other immaterial deterioration that may come with ownership of your Product over time, such as discoloration or heat tarnishing, surface rust, dents /scratches, etc.
- Damage caused by 1) insects and rod ents, including but not limited to damage to burners and /or gas hoses; 2) exposure to salt air and /or chlorine sources such as swimming pools and hot tub s/spas; 3) Severe weather conditions such as storms, hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, acid rain, tornadoes or other environmental factors.
- Repairs when your Product is used for other than normal, single-family household or residential use.
- Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, lack of maintenance/cleaning, ab use, fire, flood, acts of God, improper installation, and installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes or use of the Product not approved by the manufacturer.
- Repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications made to the Product.
- Damage caused by incorrect fuel or wood.
- Damage caused by fat and grease fires is not covered by the LIMITED warranty.
- This limited warranty will not reimburse you for the cost of any inconvenience, food, personal injury or property damage.
- The cost of repair or replacement und er these excluded circumstances shall be borne by the customer
How to make a claim:

- Please provide us the following information:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or any other valid proof of purchase
- Your SCORPIO serial number

Information (including photographs/videos) on the issue
- Your contact information (email and phone number) so we can connect with you to better understand or troubleshoot the issue
Disclaimers:
- This warranty shall not affect your consumer or other statutory rights. In certain countries that we operate in, consumer law means that our goods come with guarantees when you purchase them from us. The warranty described in these terms and conditions is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It does not affect your statutory rights and in no way limits any statutory warranty that we are required to provide you under applicable law.
- In no event shall recovery under the warranty be for an amount greater than the original purchase price of the Product sold.
- We continually strive for improvement, and therefore, may from time to time change the design of our products. This warranty does not cover SCORPIO being obligated to include such design changes into previously manufactured products. Any such changes are made at SCORPIO’s discretion and cannot be construed as an admission that previous designs were defective.
- We shall have no liability to you (whether the products are found to breach the applicable warranty or not) for the cost of removing any Product returned to us under the above conditions or for re-installing any such products after they have been returned.
- In certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may decide to refund the price of the Product based on the market value of the Product at the time any refund was payable and would take into consideration any wear and tear as well as normal market depreciation.
- We reserve the right to require that the Product be returned to us. In such circumstances we shall cover the cost of the return shipping costs by normal means within the shipping area to which we originally delivered the product (for example, if your product was original delivered to an address in the United States, we will cover the cost of shipping the Product from your address in the United States back to us) and a replacement Product will be delivered free of charge by us to you at the address to which we originally delivered the Product.
- If, following inspection of the returned product, we determine that, acting reasonably, there has been no breach in the warranty for the Product as set out, we will return the Product to you, at your cost, and require return to us of any replacement Product that has been provided to you.
- You assume the risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to you and your property and/or to others and their property arising out of the misuse or abuse of the Product or failure to follow instructions in accordance with this Operating Manual.
